The Power of Kindness
Dr. Brian Goldman, a Canadian emergency physician,author, public speaker and radio personality, will be our guest speaker.
The topic will be the power of kindness, the subject of his bestselling book, The Power of Kindness: Why Empathy is Essential in Everyday Life.
Dr. Goldman, a physician at the Schwartz Reisman Emergency Centre at Sinai Health System in Toronto, also hosts White Coat, Black Art on CBC Radio One and his TED talk, Doctors Make Mistakes, Can We Talk About That?, has had more than 1.5 million views.
His book will be available to purchase.
