At the January 2020 General Meeting. CFUW-N executive members pose with designer Moya McPhail who gave a fascinating talk about the principles of interior design. At our January 2020 General Meeting, Leona Wood presented the inspiring story of Fern Blodgett Sunde, Canada’s first female radio operator. Fern Blodgett Sunde was born in Cobourg, and plans are underway to erect a sculpture on the waterfront honouring her life and work.
At our 2020 Christmas Luncheon, members donated $1430 for Cornerstone Family Violence Prevention Centre
